A credit card will be taken for reservations in our condos and townhomes at time
of reservation as security, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Palm Tree Vacation Homes will automatically charge your credit card for the
remainder balance 60 days prior to your arrival date, unless other arrangements
have been made with them.
You have 24 hours to cancel any reservation without
penalty, via e-mail, phone, or fax. Cancellations after 24 hours and up to 60
days prior to your arrival will result in a cancellation fee of $50. Any
reservation that is cancelled between 60 days and arrival date, will be subject
to our cancellation policy, which you can view
here. All no-show
reservations will receive no refund.
3 night minimum for Value/Peak.
5 night minimum for Holiday.
Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am. Due to our high standards
for cleanliness, not all units will be ready for check-in prior to 4pm. We
ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans available.
The individual making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older and must
occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
We are unable to permit the parking of following types of
vehicles; Buses, RV, Trailers and Boats.
The property is clean upon guest arrival and cleaned upon guest departure. A
mid-stay clean is available for an additional fee.
We have a strict no pet/no smoking policy.
Maximum Occupancy - Per Florida fire laws; only six people are allowed in
a two-bedroom, eight in a three-bedroom, ten in a four-bedroom, twelve in a
five-bedroom, and fourteen in a six bedroom. No
house parties permitted.
All properties must be maintained in as good of a state as found. You must agree
replace or pay for any incurred expenses, loss, breakage, or damage. Credit card
numbers will be kept on file for a security deposit.
Palm Tree Vacation Homes reserves the right to move your reservation to
comparable lodging if a move is considered necessary.
Palm Tree Vacation Homes serves as the agent and representative of all owners of
condo units, town homes and houses in its rental program and acts at all times
in and for the best interests of the owners.
